Returns & Refunds

At Premier Decking and Gazebos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day returns policy for most products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. Returned items must be in unopened, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on bespoke or custom-made products, as these are made to your specifications.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving the delivery, and we will handle the return process at no additional cost to you. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
